Participation in the Dakar Biennale

On a business trip to Senegal at the beginning of the year, I was spontaneously invited to exhibit my watercolors at the Biennale. The exhibition location was the small island of Ngor off Dakar, and visitors arrived in fishing boats.
Exhibition at the Annweiler Klettererhütte (climbing hut)
November 19, 2021 - May 10, 2022
The opening of the exhibition took place on November 19th, 2021 at the climber's hut. I showed watercolors with motifs from the Palatinate and West Africa. The landlady Michaela Stephan and her team provided the culinary accompaniment.
Painting exhibition by Palatinate painter Rhodt July 10, 2022
To mark the 1250th anniversary of the town, Wolfgang König from Rhodt organized a unique painting exhibition at Theresienstrasse 56. A large selection of Palatinate and especially Rhodter motifs were shown in a wide variety of perspectives, styles and painting techniques from the last 150 years.

As a member of the Wettenberg Art and Culture Circle e. V. (KuKuK) my pictures were exhibited in the exhibition “Bridge of Art”.
Vernissage with African wine tasting in the Umoya restaurant 06/24/22
At this extraordinary wine tasting, which included a wine from Senegal, my friend, the photographer Johanna Hechfellner, and I exhibited the pictures we also took at Dak'Art.
